Add jobs three ways
Search. Look through live job boards by role, country and work mode, then select Save & score.

Add by hand. Enter a job title and company, and paste the job description.

See where to spend your time
Saved jobs are listed by match score. Each score is out of 100 and has a label: Apply now, Review first, Skill gap or Skip. The Opportunity Board groups jobs into Recommended, Liked, Applied and External. The score is an estimate to help you choose. It does not promise an interview or a reply.
Track statuses and record outcomes
Every application has a status: Draft, Ready for review, Approved, Approved (account), Rejected, Submitted, Failed or Needs input. When you hear back, record an outcome: No response, Got a response, Interview, Offer or Rejected. Outcomes feed Analytics, which shows your pipeline stages, response rate, interview count and a 14 day activity chart. The dashboard shows where your jobs came from.

Use Follow-ups to remember who to nudge. You can complete, snooze or delete each reminder.
Draft and approve in the same place
For any saved job you can generate an application package: a tailored summary, resume bullet recommendations, a cover letter, recruiter outreach and interview prep notes. Review it, then approve it, ask for a revision, which rewrites the whole package, or reject it. A revision builds a new package, so it uses one more credit. The text in a package cannot be edited in place. To change the outreach, copy the draft and edit it before you send it yourself. Nothing is sent to an employer without your approval of that specific application.

No. Tracking records where each job stands. Kivoo Apply does not apply to jobs on its own. Materials stay drafts until you approve them, and nothing is sent to an employer without your approval of that specific application. You can reject an application or revoke an approval.
