On Starter, Standard and Pro, the guided builder asks one question at a time and uses only what you provide. It checks the result for applicant tracking systems (ATS, the software employers use to sort resumes) and exports PDF and Word files. You can also ask AI to reword your own answers; that uses one credit and you accept or reject each suggestion.
How many resumes you can build depends on your plan: up to 2 on Starter, 5 on Standard and 10 on Pro. The Free plan does not include the builder.
Start from the resume you already have
Upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT file up to 10 MB, or paste profile text from LinkedIn. Check the details Kivoo Apply found and fix anything wrong. Mark one resume as your master, and scoring and tailoring start from it. Free accounts keep one uploaded resume. Paid plans keep up to 10 resumes.
AI that works from your experience
The guided builder uses only what you tell it. Tailoring uses the experience already in your resume to reword, reorder and emphasize relevant information. Nothing in a draft is final until you approve it.
AI can still get details wrong. Read every draft and check skills, dates and work history. For a tailored draft, ask for a revision or reject anything that is off.
Check how a job sees your resume
Kivoo Apply scores your resume, and every plan includes resume scoring, Free too. It mainly compares keywords in each job with your resume, and it also weighs your pay and location preferences and how recent the job is. You get a score out of 100 and a label (Apply now, Review first, Skill gap or Skip), plus skills and keywords from the job that your resume does not mention. On paid plans, the free job description match shows which keywords are in your resume and which are missing, and uses no credits.
From resume to application
Once your resume is ready, generate an application package for a job: a tailored summary, resume bullet recommendations, a cover letter, recruiter outreach and interview prep notes. Nothing is sent to an employer without your approval of that specific application.
