Kivoo Apply can search live job boards and save matches into your list, where you can score and tailor for them.
Search live job boards
- Open Find jobs.
- Type a role or keywords, for example "Cloud Security Engineer". If you have Target Roles, your first one is already filled in.
- Choose a Country, add a City / State if you like, and pick a Work mode: Any, Remote, Onsite or Hybrid.
- Select Search jobs.
- On a result, select Save & score to add it to your list and score it. Select View to read the original posting. If it is already in your list the button says "Already in list".
The sources searched are listed under the form. If a note says on-site or city results are limited, remote search still works fully. If a source is down, a line tells you which one, and the others still show.
Let it search for you
Under Auto-search from your Target Roles, select Pull matches now to search for every target role and score the results. It also runs nightly automatically. When it finishes you see how many roles it searched, how many new jobs it imported and how many it scored.
Bring in a job you found yourself
- Open Jobs, then select Import a job.
- Paste the link under Import by URL and select Import job. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and other company pages work.
- No link? Use Add manually: enter a Job title and Company, then select Add job.
See your saved jobs
- Jobs lists captured jobs, ranked by match score.
- Opportunity Board groups them into Recommended, Liked, Applied and External.
