Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective October 31, 2026. Operated by MarkKings Group LLC.
This page explains what happens to your money when you buy credits or a plan on Kivoo Apply, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. It is part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before you pay. If you do not want to continue with a plan, cancel it (see section 3) before the renewal date.
1. The short version
| What you bought | Refund? | What cancelling does |
|---|---|---|
| Credit pack | No. Credit packs are not refundable once purchased. | Not applicable. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew. |
| Monthly plan | No. Monthly plans are not refundable. | Stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. |
| Yearly plan | Yes, in part. You can cancel at any time and we refund the months that have not yet started. The month already started is not refunded. | Stops renewal. To receive the refund you also write to us (see section 5). |
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live. See section 6.
2. Credit packs
Credit packs can be bought only while your plan is active and set to renew. If your plan is cancelled or a payment fails, renew first. Credit packs are not refundable once purchased. The one exception: if a pack is paid for while your plan is not active and set to renew, we do not add the credits and we refund the payment to your original payment method automatically. We deliver the credits to your account straight away, and you can use them whenever you like while your plan is active. If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the credits used for it are returned to your balance.
When a paid plan ends without renewal, any unused credits, including credits from packs, are frozen. If you renew within 30 days, credits from packs are restored. Your plan's credits restart at the new period's amount. Frozen credits expire after 30 days if you do not renew. Frozen credits cannot be used. Cancelling a plan does not refund credits. If you renew in time, you keep your pack credits.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel a plan online at any time, without contacting anyone.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open the Billing page.
- Select Manage billing.
- Choose the option to cancel your plan and confirm.
If you cannot cancel online for any reason, write to legal@kivooapply.com and we will cancel it for you. We do not require a phone call, and we do not ask you to explain why you are leaving.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not delete your account. To delete your account, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Monthly plans
A monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Monthly plans are not refundable, including for a month that has started and for any part of a month you did not use.
If you cancel, you will not be charged again. You keep your plan benefits until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.
5. Yearly plans
A yearly plan renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel a yearly plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. A yearly refund is not issued automatically. We work it out and send it ourselves, so you need to ask for it.
To receive the refund for the months that have not yet started:
- Cancel the plan as described in section 3.
- Write to legal@kivooapply.com from the email address on your account, and say you want the refund for your yearly plan.
When we process your request:
- We refund the full months of your plan that have not yet started.
- We do not refund the month that has already started, even if you have not used it.
- We end your plan at the end of the month already started, and then your account moves to the free plan.
- We email you to confirm the amount.
If you cancel but do not ask for the refund, the plan stops renewing and your plan benefits continue to the end of the year you paid for. If you ask for the refund after the year has ended, there are no months left to refund.
Your plan year is counted in months from the day you bought it, not by calendar month. The refund is the price you paid for the year, divided by 12, multiplied by the number of full months that have not yet started.
Example (the numbers are illustrations only, not our prices). You buy a yearly plan on 1 March for $120. On 20 June you ask to cancel. Four months have started (March, April, May and June, with June starting on 1 June), so eight months have not yet started. Your refund is $120 divided by 12, which is $10, multiplied by 8, which is $80. You keep access until 30 June. You are not charged again the following March.
Any discount or promotional price you paid is used in the calculation: the refund is based on what you actually paid.
6. When the law gives you more rights
Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law where you live. If a law gives you a right to a refund, a cancellation right or a cooling-off period that cannot be waived, that law applies in place of anything on this page that says otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital service. Credit packs are delivered to your account as soon as you pay, and a plan starts as soon as you pay. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to start immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed or your credits are used. If you have not used what you bought, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying: write to legal@kivooapply.com, say clearly that you are withdrawing from the purchase, and where the law requires it we will refund it. You can use any clear statement. You do not have to use a form.
If you live elsewhere, your local consumer law may also give you rights. Contact us and we will tell you what we can do.
7. How refunds are paid
- A refund goes back to the card or other payment method you used to pay. We cannot send it anywhere else.
- We aim to issue an approved refund within 10 business days.
- After we issue it, your bank or card company controls how soon it appears. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days, and sometimes longer.
- A refund is paid in the same currency you were charged.
- We tell you by email when a refund is issued.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you think you were charged by mistake, please contact us first. Write to legal@kivooapply.com and we will look at it quickly and fix genuine errors, and this is usually faster than a dispute with your bank.
If you open a dispute with your bank or card company, we may suspend your account while it is reviewed. We may give the bank the records it asks for, including your purchase, the acknowledgement you gave at checkout, how the account was used, and your cancellation history. A dispute for a charge that these terms say is not refundable, where you used the service or the credits, may be defended. We may close an account with repeated unfounded disputes.
9. Failed or declined payments
If a renewal payment fails, see the Terms (section 7.9). A failed payment is not a refund and does not cancel your plan on its own.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will change the effective date at the top. A change does not apply to a plan or credit pack you bought before the change, except where the change is required by law or is better for you.
