Kivoo Apply scores a job against your resume and your preferences, out of 100, to help you decide where to spend your time.
Score a job
- Open a job from Jobs.
- In the Match score card, select Score this job. Later, select Re-score to score it again.
- To score everything at once, open Jobs and select Score all. Jobs not yet scored show "unscored".
Read the score
You get a number out of 100 and one of four labels:
- Apply now
- Review first
- Skill gap
- Skip
Underneath, bars show Resume match, Required skills, Preferred skills, Domain alignment, ATS keywords, Salary fit, Location fit, Recency and Interview probability. You also see Missing skills and ATS keywords to add.
The score is an estimate to help you choose. It does not promise an interview or a reply.
Which resume is used
Scores and tailored resumes start from the resume marked as master. Change it on the resume page with Mark as master.
Check skills
On a job page, the Skill match card shows skills in green when they are on your resume. Tap a missing skill to add it to your profile, but only if you truly have it.
Compare a resume to any posting (paid plans)
- Open a resume.
- Paste the full job description into the box. It needs at least 80 characters.
- Select Match my resume.
You see what is Already in your resume and what is Missing from your resume. This check is free and uses no credits. It is part of the paid plans.
Check the AI's work
AI output can be wrong or awkward about your own background. Review it before you rely on it.
