Upgrade from Free
- Open Billing. Under Plans you see Starter, Standard and Pro. The card for your current plan is marked Current.
- On the plan you want, select Choose plan. Only one card is open at a time.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly.
- Read the notice, tick the box to confirm the Terms and the Refund Policy, then select the pay button.
When checkout finishes, Billing says "Checkout returned for the ... plan. Your currently confirmed plan is ..." Confirmation can take a moment. If you started signing up from the pricing page with a plan selected, Billing reminds you of your choice.
Upgrading unlocks the resume builder, the cover letter builder, the LinkedIn writer, the GitHub and portfolio checks and credit packs. The LinkedIn writer and GitHub check are available on Starter, Standard and Pro.
Move between paid plans
To move to a different paid plan, write to support@kivooapply.com and we will help you.
Downgrade to Free
Cancel your plan. See Cancel your plan. When the period you paid for ends, your account moves to Free.
What you keep when you go back to Free
- Everything you already made, including your built resumes and their downloads.
What stops
- Building new resumes with the builder.
- Uploading more than one resume.
- Buying credit packs.
Unused credits, including pack credits, are frozen when a plan ends without renewal. If you renew within 30 days, credits from packs are restored. Your plan's credits restart at the new period's amount. After 30 days frozen credits expire.
