One password rule applies on every screen: when you create your account, change your password and reset it. A new password must be at least 12 characters, and the screen shows this next to each password box. If you set your password before this rule, you can still sign in with it. The rule applies only when you set or change a password. A long password works everywhere.
If you are signed in
- Open Settings.
- In the Change password card, enter your Current password.
- Enter your New password.
- Select Update password. You will see "Password updated."
If you forgot it
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address you use for Kivoo Apply and select Send reset link.
- Open the email and select the link. It lasts one hour.
- On the Set a new password page, enter your New password and Confirm it.
- Select Set new password.
- You are signed out on every device. Select Go to sign in and use your new password.
For privacy, the page says "If an account exists for that address, a reset link is on its way." It says this whether or not the address has an account. Check your spam folder too.
If the reset link does not work
Reset links expire after an hour. Go back to Forgot your password? and ask for a new one.
