Create your Kivoo Apply account

Starting is free and needs no card. After you confirm your email, your account gets 3 application credits, one time. They do not renew each month.

Steps

1. Open the Create your account page at kivooapply.com/signup.
2. Fill in Your name, Email, Password and Confirm password. Your password must be at least 12 characters. The screen shows this next to the box.
3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
4. Wait for the human check to finish. The button says "Checking you are human..." until it is done.
5. Select Create account. You will see a Check your email page.
6. Open our email and select the confirmation link. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
7. On the Email confirmed page, select Sign in and use the password you chose.
8. The first time you sign in, Kivoo Apply asks you to set up two-step login before you can use the app. Follow Set up two-step login.

If you picked a paid plan first

If you came from the pricing page with a plan selected, you still start on the Free plan. When you are ready, you review and confirm the upgrade on the Billing page.

If the email does not arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• A confirmation link is single use. If it says "This link is no longer valid", sign up again with the same address to get a fresh one.
• Still nothing? Write to support@kivooapply.com.

Good to know

Nothing is active until you confirm your email. You are not charged anything to create an account. The Free plan has no resume builder and no credit packs.
