What does resume tailoring mean?
Tailoring changes how relevant experience is presented for a particular role. Start with your own resume and the employer’s job description. Review suggested wording against your original work history; remove any unsupported skills, numbers, titles or achievements.
A match score is a comparison aid. It is not a hiring prediction, an employer’s internal ATS score, or a promise of an interview.
What should I check before approval?

- Check your contact details, employment dates and every factual claim.
- Review the resume file, cover letter and answers to screening questions.
- Resolve missing answers rather than letting the application guess.
- Approve only the version you have reviewed. Check the recorded outcome after a submission attempt.
An uncertain submission outcome needs review before retrying, because an employer may have received an application even if confirmation was not captured.
How should I track my job search?
Keep saved roles, application drafts, approvals and interview progress in your workspace. Record employer responses as they arrive. Use your own response patterns to decide which roles and materials deserve more attention.
